10 Minute Workout Circuits for Office Employees

Short duration workouts can have great health benefits as well. some experts say that less time workouts are profitable and engage better attendance from participants. Today we will discuss about 10 minute workouts for busy people – all targeted towards getting us fitter and stronger.

 

For weights

Push ups 8 reps
Barbell rows 10 reps
Lunges 8 reps
Dumbbell clean and press 8 reps

After that you can wait for 2 minutes and repeat it again.

 

Bodyweight

Push ups 6 reps
Reverse lunges 6 reps
Hindu push ups 6 reps
Bodyweight squats 12 reps

Try to get as many rounds of this circuit as you can in 10 minutes

 

Bodyweight and rope jumping

Jump Rope- 100 as fast as you can
Lunges- 8-12 reps on each leg
Jump Rope- 100 as fast as you can
Pike Walk- 5 times
Push Ups- 10 reps
Jump Rope- 100 as fast as you can.

 

Barbell complex

5 rows
5 hang cleans
5 front squat-push press
5 Romanian deadlift
5 deadlift

These are all the above exercise which you can do in 10 minutes. You can choose according to your choice. You need to also take care of your diet schedule. Whenever you feel that you are boring with exercise, just replace exercise with previous exercise.
